Angela,

Breathe easy -- simply turning email marketing back on will not re-send your opt-in messages. You can see who is already accepting messages and who is pending or "no" in your Client Detail report.

Events are kind of like your calendar for your spa -- they exist as "happenings," whether it is an announcement about your services, or a specific special on particular services. If you are running a special on services, they will be available on your IGC page. Otherwise, your "current" events show up on your Events page if you are a dynamic client, or on your "/levent" page -- which you can link to from your current site just like your "/lgift" page. :-)

Loved the info presented. You guys are always lots of help! :) I do have a question, I had email marketing turned off for a year or so. When I turn it back on, does it resend confirmation emails for the double opt-in to all the email addresses in my list including the inactive ones??? I hope not, but can't see a way to tell what email went out to which client.

Can you also clarify the Events usage... is this something that is sent out like an email promo or is it something that is generated to show on a website? All these options have me a bit confused! :p
