    I absolutely agree that SEO is not optional. Spa owners may want to think twice before opting for a Flash website because of SEO.

    You also need to provide information that potential customers are looking for such as treatment menus, contact info, location etc.

    Might I also add — using social networking sites such as Facebook are also very helpful to keep in touch with your customers/fans. One good way to use Facebook is to make announcements about your promotions, events and so on.
