Can you explain what the difference between "Issued" and "Picked Up" is for the birthday, anniversary and new email sign up offers?
Penny, great question!
"Issued" promotional gift certificates have been created and sent to your client in an email, and "picked up" means that they received the email and clicked on the link to view and print the gift certificate.
I hope that clears things up!
