Making Connections

pinkmassage.jpgWe recently asked SpaBoom customers to tell us what they were doing to make a fresh start in 2009. Those who responded reemphasized their focus on business practices that keep them connected with clients.

I thought Snjezana’s comments were fantastic and to the point.

We are a small holistic wellness spa and are always very connected to our clientele. It's simply the best marketing tool you can use to emphasize the personal attention, as this is something greatly missing in the spa community. Besides the compliments on our therapists and treatments we always get special compliments on the personal touch we apply to each and every detail and that everyone feels so welcome at our place. Having said that, we cannot forget that every employee or contractor working for you needs to transcend that same feeling. If everyone at your spa/salon is on the same page of success with all the hard work and effort that goes along with it, you will soon reap success.

Get rid of people that are negative, bad team players or simply not motivated or lazy, because you will do better without them. Surround yourself with positive and like-minded go-getters and see your business boom. GO SPABOOMERS :) )

So, in a nutshell I share with you that it is so very important to build relationships with your clients, meaning know them by name, send thank you notes for referrals, birthday cards, call and ask how it's going if you haven't seen them in a while, send a really great newsletter, etc. Build on the clients you already have.

SpaBoom is fortunate to have customers that are in-tune with their business and clients. Keep the great ideas and thoughts coming so we can share your success.
