Making Connections

We recently asked SpaBoom customers to tell us what they were doing to make a fresh start in 2009. Those who responded reemphasized their focus on business practices that keep them connected with clients.
I thought Snjezana’s comments were fantastic and to the point.
Get rid of people that are negative, bad team players or simply not motivated or lazy, because you will do better without them. Surround yourself with positive and like-minded go-getters and see your business boom. GO SPABOOMERS

So, in a nutshell I share with you that it is so very important to build relationships with your clients, meaning know them by name, send thank you notes for referrals, birthday cards, call and ask how it's going if you haven't seen them in a while, send a really great newsletter, etc. Build on the clients you already have.
