If you select a default in Basics, that is just a starting point for clients. They&#039;re free to select &lt;em&gt;None, 10%, 15%, 18% or 20%&lt;/em&gt; for the gratuity.

		<description>Can the Client select the amount of the gratuity? It seems presumptuous to choose the amount for them. Why not have a drop down box with the %&#039;s (which is how I thought it would be set up if I selected yes but not a %) or a write in dollar amount. Especially since our policy on gratuities is &quot;always appreciated never expected.&quot;</description>

		<description>At Waterfalls, we already added the gratuity into all our prices and state it on all the descriptions so that everyone (giver and receiver and us) are aware of the tip. No one complains and everyone is happy. If someone doesnt want to purchase a service that way, they have the choice to purchase a straight dollar amount. Make it easier on yourself and your client and everyone wins!

		<description>That&#039;s great.  I&#039;ve created separate services with 18% gratuity included so this makes it a lot easier. All too often, clients don&#039;t even think about giving gratuities and then the technicians are losing much counted on money.
