Does your spa have a staycation treatment package this summer?

It’s a neologism, now a part of our American urban vernacular, the staycation. The recession has given us the staycation, a vacation in which you stay at home, and it may be around for longer than we think.
We all need and deserve vacations and the happy twist is that a staycation is an opportunity to regroup and refresh the spirit without physically leaving your city.
Guaranteed, staycation clients will start out more refreshed and ready for a spa experience than those who packed their bags, loaded and unloaded suitcases and waited in line for the shuttle to take them to a distant spa retreat. It is the ultimate budget getaway, body, mind and spirit.
A great way to get your customers' wheels churning is to offer a staycation spa package. Get creative and give clients options that allow them to extend their spa experience for the entire day.

Ok! I finally did one. (July 29, 2009) Or three actually! You know it is a bit tricky to do a temporary spa package here on SpaBoom. We don't want Summer Spa Getaway Packages popping up for redemption the day before or the day of Valentine's Day! See? So, I THINK I fixed it by putting in the title (Limited time offer) — so that when it prints out the recipient knows that there is a limited time when this actual package can be redeemed. After that time it reverts to a dollar amount.
If you have any other creative ways to make this work better for the printing of the gift certificates let us know! Now off to work on my Google AdWords to reflect all the word changes. Seems endless sometimes! –Jan
