The Instant Gift Certificates have been a big hit with our customers. We get so many compliments from out-of-towners especially who find it very convenient — so relieved they don't have to wrap anything! I received a notice from Adwords that I needed to increase my budget so I did — and then some. Can't believe the holidays are practically here! We got so many hits from the Adwords campaign — more people are shopping online all the time. Maybe I should make it a campaign: "Help Save the Planet and Send an Instant Spa Gift Certificate. No Paper, No Vehicle Delivery, No worries!" AND this year if it snows and we are closed down for any reason — I'm still selling online! So cool. Gotta love it. — J.
