I've tried updating and it still shows them -- any suggestions??? Is there such a thing as too much praise? :) See the 5 star rebuttal... I just don't want it to seem redundant. Is there a waiting period for the update to take effect? The one negative comment which has surfaced a few time is "It was fine but you shouldn't have to create a password to buy a gift certificate." This is a direct quote from a customer. While we really can't take the time to offer direct responses to all who don't think the process is "top notch," is there any method you guys have to help explain the reasons as to why the circumstances of the purchasing public needing to come up with a password before they can proceed, possible in a popup note or something similar?
