   Hi Guys,

   Just wanted to say that I love your allowing our clients to review us. In just one month we have had over a dozen customers take the time to share their thoughts about our offering online gift certificates. Thankfully, all but one are 5 stars (the 3 star reviewer helped us identify an unknown issue in our main website that we were able to quickly resolve).    Is there a way the client can review the spa itself (and not just online gift certificate sales)? [That] would be valuable information.
