Hi Anne, check out <a href="http://www.spaboomblog.com/2007/using-all-your-contacts-for-email-marketing" rel="nofollow" rel="nofollow">importing contacts</a> to get your full list into SpaBoom. Unfortunately, you can't send the email campaign outside of SpaBoom.

Jennifer, SpaBoom sends your email campaigns for you. You can change the campaigns in Setup, Email Marketing -- what they say, when they go, delete ones you don't want, etc.

Nancy, there's no cost for Email Marketing. It will increase your Instant Gift Certificate sales, which, of course, is how we benefit. Your main email address is the return email address with your spa's name. Only clients that accepted being on your list when purchasing an Instant Gift Certificate or who sign up for your email newsletter on your site are included. There is an easy unsubscribe link on every email. We've designed the automatic email campaigns with the purpose of avoiding the things that get emails caught in spam filters, but it's always a constant battle.

Does the signing up part not cost anything, or is the whole thing at no cost? Will our spa's name be the e-mail return address? What about the addresses that are returned? What if a client declines to receive future e-newsletters? And, lastly, how does it get past Spam Guard?

We already have a list in excel and send emails monthly. Can we import the "Killer" message that you create and send it? Or can our emails be kept by us and not stored elsewhere?

Call me or email back.
