What do you get when you combine TeleVox Software's communication solutions with SpaBoom's Instant Gift Certificates technology? A partnership that delivers revenue-maximizing services to salon and spa owners!
SpaBoom is now the TeleVox preferred provider of online gift certificates for spas and salons, and will be included as an option in TeleVox's custom-designed WebPlus websites. The addition of premium gift certificates is a perfect fit with the TeleVox websites, which are built by the company's in-house design team and include industry-leading hosting services.
"We are excited to work with SpaBoom to provide spas and salons with an easy-to-use tool for increasing online revenue," said Chad Greer, Vice President of TeleVox. "With today’s prevalence of e-commerce, our customers are now better able to provide comprehensive client service that includes the crucial online component."
We are delighted to be working the TeleVox, and look forward to partnering on many beautiful and highly effective websites for our spas and salons!

How do we benefit from TeleVox's services? The Gift Certificate is an online service. What break do we break with the messaging on the phone?
Thanks

Gee… I hardly know what to say. What started out as a private little website for my spa has ballooned into an international presence. I think those of us who are now with the SpaBoom "network" are going to have a very hard time falling through the cracks of anonymity. We're being given the greatest advantages in the world to market ourselves in what seems to be a one stop solution. I am very excited by what is happening. If we offer a good website, great service, and reasonable prices… these guys are going to help make us very very successful. Congratulations SpaBoom!

Here are our two salons, we just opened Franklyn Men 3 weeks ago. Franklyn Studio has been in existence since 1974. We are a hair salon with pratically no spa services and do not intend to create that atmosphere. We are a ten chair salon doing $1.3M a year on cuts, color, primarily. Now at the Men's salon we will be doing facial, shave, manicure and cuts. Exclusively for Men.
We presently have TeleVox for both our On-Hold message, and our Reminder Calls and soon our lost client and new client follow up calls.
We also have SpaBoom on the Franklyn Studio site… need to put on the Franklyn Men I believe. I don't think I understand what TeleVox and SpaBoom do together.

Thank you for the great comment and questions!
We have a simple partnership arrangement with TeleVox. Among other things, TeleVox builds custom spa websites. As a result of our agreement, TeleVox will use SpaBoom instant gift certificate technology in their custom spa websites. Nothing changes for our customers using SpaBoom.
TeleVox is a big company that does lots of things in many industries. For all of us in the Spa and Salon business, they offer custom websites, marketing messages for your clients when they are on hold and appointment reminder services. Those services are know respectively as "WebPlus," "Vox On-Hold" and "HouseCalls." Learn more about TeleVox spa services. We partnered with TeleVox because they offer high quality complementary services. We like what they do, they like what we do, so we each want our clients to know about the other. If you are interested in a fully custom website, or one of the telephonic services please give TeleVox a call.
In regard to Margie's great question, "how do TeleVox and SpaBoom work together," if you have any TeleVox service and SpaBoom, we can work together in a variety of ways. For example, if you use "Vox On-Hold," consider reminding your callers that they can buy a gift certificate online. Some of our very successful clients do this on their recorded messages so callers after hours know that they can go to your website and get information (hours, menu etc.) and/or purchase an instant gift certificate. It's a great idea as the holidays approach and your phones are jammed!
