Note that the above graph represents monthly sales and redemptions.  It's important to understand what it's not telling us:  (1) The breakage (i.e. amount of unredeemed cash); (2) the total accumulated redeemed/unredeemed amounts; nor (3) is it telling us that for a given month, how much of the sales for that month were redeemed.  In other words, this graph doesn't tell us what our redemption rate is.

Is that okay, or do you want or need that information too?

Note that we have a limitation with respect to redemption numbers:  We can only report on them, if you're telling SpaBoom about your redemptions.  If you're relying on a POS system to manage your GC's, and not re-entering that information into SpaBoom, we don't have any data to report on redemptions.</description>
