Julie Register at Discover Spas recently had a harrowing experience at her local salon/spa, and she's not afraid to tell all of the sordid details:
For you, dear reader, it is a lesson in how NOT to run a spa business if you are a spa owner or director and what NOT to put up with if you are a spa consumer. For me, it is a lesson to trust my instincts. The names are withheld to protect the guilty.
