We saw a very nice increase in our Gift Certificate business this Holiday Season. This was our first season with SpaBoom and our secondary method of certificate distribution changed noticeably from past years. Mailed out Gift Certificates were almost non-existent. The majority of those who would have placed a call for Gift Certificates were all given the option of purchasing online. Time and money savings were evident in the spa. In today's age of the Internet, customers expect "convenience". SpaBoom allows us the ability to offer that "convenience" to the purchasing public, 24/7/365, for free. It was a win/win for all. Thanks to all at SpaBoom who have helped change our Gift Certificate business process by offering a great new venue for new business.

Where I live in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, we had a snow storm the end of November. I was snowed in for a few days. I thought, "What a great opportunity to work on my website that SpaBoom has designed." I put all of my Christmas Specials on the web pages. Not many days from that during the Christmas Season, we were selling so many online gift certicates. People were buying all those Specials I had put on our web-site. SpaBoom is so good about linking the online gift certificates under my Specials! Thanks to SpaBoom we sold more Spa Packages and Spa Services than ever before!!! We also told call-in Clients and walk-in Clients about our online gift certificates. SpaBoom has made it so much fun to have a website!!!
