Holiday retrospective: Spa Constantine

Our theme continues with top 10 sellers from the Holidays! Penny Limperis at Spa Constantine comments:

Our holidays were definitely busy, but having Instant Gift Certificates on our website made a huge difference in how chaotic it wasn't for our front desk staff. We make a habit of reading the SpaBoom Blog for ongoing marketing suggestions, and used what we'd learned when we planned our advertising (print ads are part of our marketing) and promotions for the holidays. It really doesn't take a lot of work to let people know that you offer Instant Gift Certificates, and the effort really pays off when you see they've paid attention to your ads and your website, which all urge clients to go to the website for an easy and effective gift choice that's available all hours, night and day!

We did have the busiest Christmas season since opening three years ago. I also have to comment on how much I believe the online gift certificates prevented the extra rush at the end of the season. This seems to be a very helpful service which I do appreciate. I believe the instant gift certificates were very successful for us this year, and look forward to learning how to increase the sales in the years to come. Reading the tips on selling and different marketing ideas are also an added plus. I feel I made a very good choice on this decision.

We had more gift certificate sales this past Christmas than last year's thanks to SpaBoom's online gift certificates. Also we love all the marketing tips year round. It has helped us to put our Holiday Spa Packages at the top of our Service Page too. SpaBoom is so good about adding a link to our Speicals page. Thanks SpaBoom!
