For all of those Harms Millennium customers out there, Harms' User Group Conference is almost here. It's being held in Doral Golf Resort & Spa, Miami, Florida, from July 22nd to the 24th.

Some of us from SpaBoom will be there, speaking on Monday, July 23rd at 12:45pm to 2:45pm. Our topic is Gift Certificates: What the Winners are Doing! I'm very excited about this class, because it gives me an excuse to look at our most successful customers, summarizing and synthesizing to determine what makes an organization successful in selling gift certificates. Yes, we'll be sure to post our results in the SpaBoom Blog after the class, and no, we will never intentionally release any private or sensitive information about our customers.
