Day Spa Expo Recap

First of all, thank all of you SpaBoomers that came by and said "Hi!" during the show! It's always nice to meet our clients, and in addition to dropping by the booth, many of you attended educational sessions.
Larry presented on How to Treat Your Website Like a Retail Location, and we were delighted to hear from many of you in the audience during his class! As the PR and Marketing person, I enjoy hearing feedback at all times, but your active participation and energetic endorsement of Instant Gift Certificates, Dynamic Websites, and our Client Services team were awesome!
After several days at the show, it seems clear to me that your interest lies in improving your business' performance as a whole, and you've recognized how Instant Gift Certificates can be a key part of that. Your feedback to our Email Marketing has been overwhelmingly positive (ok, some of you asked what took us so long!!), and we believe that incorporating that new feature into your client communications will help you boost your Instant Gift Certificate sales as well as encourage folks to think of them whenever they're looking for a great gift for someone.
The key to Email Marketing is consistency, and we're in the process of making that easier by providing you suggested Email Newsletters for recognized gift giving holidays like Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc., as well as Graduation, Birthdays, Anniversaries, and the like.
(I'll update you when we make the EM Newsletters available!)
You also expressed an interest in learning more about SEO, which tells us that you're ready to actively participate in your website's ability to be seen, as well as enjoy it as a revenue generator that not only saves you staff time, but increases your bottom line.
Did I get it right? Do you have other wishes and concerns at the forefront of your business management and e-commerce consciousness that you'd like us to consider as we continue to evolve SpaBoom's offerings? If so, please comment!
Again, thank you for coming by during the show, and we look forward to meeting more of you as the year progresses!
