I love your site. It was such an easy process to get my skin care studio listed. I was amazed that the changes I made to my listing was instantly updated.

I love the Spa Emergency website and the big map -- nice and simple, so I hate to comment. However, I just feel that the section about buying a spa gift certificate is too wordy. Pages like that make me want to go to another website, and of course we don't want anyone going elsewhere.

Hi Janet,

Thanks for the comments! To update your listing, login in to SpaBoom and then go to Setup, Basics. Third section down is Spa Emergency. Thanks!

The spa emergency site looks great! I liked how my website listing plus 2 listings one for the houston area and another one for my own city area came up from spa emergency when I called up just my website! I can see how this will work, it will give lots of folks in a larger area the oppourtunity to find out about my business!

The big question that I have is when I signed in it said I would have the opportunity to change and get access to the 500 word description about my business, however, I didn't finsh it and it is on line and I can not find out how to get back to it and finish writing the copy. Can you help me with that? Thanks a million and keep up the good work!
I really appreciate a company that is interested in my business and works so hard at promoting me with new ideas such as spa emergency!

Blessings to all, Janet Lauer

Good questions! We haven't made a final decision on the introductory period yet because we have some more work to do first, but we'll announce that soon.

The email receipt will reflect that the purchase was via Spa Emergency, and we're going to add a flag to the GCs list. In addition, after the introductory period, your billing will break out Instant Gift Certificates sold on your website separately from those sold via Spa Emergency, with links to those specific GCs.

How long is the intro period and how do we and you know if the booking is brought in by our own website or through the SpaEmergency.com directory?

Thanks, Tom
